CD4, cycle 1 with 50mg clomid (2nd day).

I saw the RE yesterday. After much discussion we have a timeline and final plan.

Fred is to get a S/A (semen analysis). He is ill now, but when he is off the anitbiotics and healthy we will go in and give his, ahem, sample.

I am on 50mg Clomid CD3-7 for 3 cycles (this cycle and 2 more).

If I am not preggo by the end of the 3rd cycle I go back to the RE and schedule my dye test. There is a big complicated name to it - but basically the incert dye into my uterus and up through my tubes and do x-rays to check if my tubes are open.

If Fred's swimmers are good and my tubes are open, then we proceed to medicated IUI (interuteral insemination). The RE will get me hyper-Ovulated with injectable hormones. (He said, don't worry they will monitor me closely to make sure I don't over produce eggs - but he does want 2-3 mature eggs). Then at the right time they will give me a shot of HcG of all things to trigger the release of the eggs. Then, they will insert DH's treated sperm right into the top of the uterus to insure they get to the eggs.

So, let the games begin!
